This sneaker may look like a Nike Air Jordan 1, but it’s made of LEGO® bricks. Artist Tom Yoo re-creates popular sneakers out the plastic blocks. To streamline the process, he created blueprints. Yoo adds designs and picks the right colors of bricks to mimic particular styles.
You can make your own brick sneaker too! Yoo shared blueprints for his 12 most popular designs on his website. “Too many people have copied my designs and sold sets for their own profit without giving proper credit,” Yoo says. “So now I’m giving all of you access to the original designs for free.”
